Each box is filled with a premium selection of high-end Japanese fishing tackle. The contents of each box varies each month for those who opt in for a subscription. Customers who purchase a 'One-Off' Box receive a one time package of assorted Japanese fishing tackle.

 

How does it all work?

Choose the box you want. All subscriptions are posted on the 5th of every month and re-billing occurs every month.

You subscribe on the 16th of May. Your credit card is charged for the first box. That first box is sent on or around the 5th of June. You will receive your order in a few days depending on your location and the shipping method chose (regular or express). Your credit card will be charged every 30 days or 1 month.

Another example..

You subscribe on the 23rd of January, your credit card is charged on that day with the first box being sent on the 5th February. You will receive your order in a few days depending on your location and the shipping method chose (regular or express). Your credit card will be charged every 30 days or 1 month.

You will not be charged more than once a month per box.

 

Shipping & Handling

Morachi Tackle Club uses Australia Post & Sendle, as its carrier, for all orders. In order to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, at times we may elect for an alternative courier if Australia Post is experiencing delays due to volume or other unique circumstances. All items are sent via Regular Standard or Express Post depending on your choice at checkout. Estimates are a guideline only. All tracking numbers are provided upon shipping and items can be tracked via the auspost website or courier website in other circumstances.

Subscriptions

By registering and enrolling in a subscription you must provide information that will enable us to fulfil your order. We will use such information to ship and send promotional material to you. You will also register a payment method (e.g. a credit card), and such registration allows us to charge such amounts to that payment method on an ongoing basis provided you continue to remain subscribed to your relevant box/boxes as this constitutes your obligations to pay for the item/s you intend to receive. All boxes are filled with a random assortment of 5-12 fishing products. The number of products varies from box to box. All products in the box are intended, but not limited, for use on the species suggested. By purchasing a Bento Box you take the guesswork out of buying Japanese Tackle. Each Box is curated with the best pieces of tackle from Japan to suit the species intended on being caught at an affordable price.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless www.morachitackleclub.com.au and its directors, employees, associates and workers against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing our site from your internet or ip address.

Sharing and disclosure of information

We are not in the business of selling personally identifiable information to others. We collect the domain names of visitors to this site to measure visits, pages visited, and average time spent on the site. We also collect the email address and other contact information you provide when you send us email messages, complete forms, make enquiries or request to purchase goods, services or other items from us. We use this information to provide you with the goods or information that you request. If you are not 18 years old or lack the legal authority to form legally binding contracts under law, please do not use this website. We do not solicit or knowingly collect information from visitors under the years of eighteen. We place a high priority on the security of visitors and their information offering a very high level of encryption for security. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this sites web servers are private and secure. We maintain the site and all associated data with technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorised access, destruction, misuse, modification, and improper disclosure. The information you enter on the site is stored securely by Morachi Tackle Club on our data servers. Unfortunately, no system and/or information can ever be fully protected against every possible hazard. We are committed to providing reasonable and appropriate security controls to protect this site and its user's information against foreseeable hazards.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We do not offer exchanges or refunds. In the event a product is faulty, returns will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the package in the mail. Returned goods must be in all original condition including any stickers, tags and packaging, and must be new and unused. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This return for refund policy is applicable only for manufacturing defects to the product/s and not for change of mind or user error/misuse. All products are visually checked through several stages, for issues, before shipment. Any damaged items received must be reported within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery. As mentioned above, you have 7 days inclusive, to finalise your return with us, from when you receive your item, however notice must still be given, to us, within 24 hours or 1 day of you receiving your package.
If the item/s received does not match what was ordered, do not open the sealed package in which the products are packaged. If a return claim is determined to be fraudulent the buyer/subscriber will be liable for all costs associated with the purchase along with any additional shipping and/or fees. We may also contact legal authorities and/or pursue legal action in the event we deem fraudulent activity has taken place.
